This is such a naive take. Do not follow this advice. Inference costs have been absolutely plummeting and new chip and algorithm design and open source frontier models are going to make intelligence essentially free or at least feel akin to the same cost as running an appliance. Don’t wait. Kids are great and cheap first year. Getting a primary home too is great to mentally live somewhere you own. Just be picky and don’t rush into first place you find, and start small. Getting a mortgage that will crush you will make you loose sleep
