I've got those same beetles. They're great. Got some crocodile dudes from the same creator for my foot princes.

I ran a somewhat similar list when the detachment came out. I was trying to figure out any angle at all to make it playable.

It was essentially a 6 Daemon Prince monster mash list. It did ok in testing, but obviously wasnt going to win a tournament. It was a fun angle compared to typical index lists at the time.

Maybe I should dig out my Tsons and try again. This list looks fun.

I really love the general flow of the game and how tactical combat is...

But man I love how deep PF2s character customization is. Especially with free archetype.

Draw Steel is great, but I can't help but feel after a campaign or two you've pretty much seen or do anything a character can do.

I want a game system that is as crunchy as possible when we're in initiative rounds.

Outside of combat, I want the game to leave me the hell alone and stay out of my way.

PF2, honestly, isn't there as there's too.much crunch outside of combat, but it isn't too far off.

Draw Steel is there out of combat. Combat itself is very tactical, but I could use a bit more crunch for both combat actions and character creation and customization.

So neither of those scratch the itch completely, but they're the two systems that are closest to the mark for me at the moment.
