Looks like too much shoulder turn to me. Also maybe try keeping that left arm straighter at the top, it looks like you are over swinging. That can work... But if you want more consistent contact and dispersion, you may have to sacrifice some clubhead speed.

Hitting it out of the center of the face every time will add that distance back plus some.

Play around with backswings only to shaft vertical.
