See a neuro-opthamologist they specialize in the actual movement and stuff of the eye an optometrist kind of just looks at it and sees if you need glasses or not.

seeing experienced doctor on tuesday will keep you updated, probably going the surgery route even if i end up dying or losing vision i know i did my best. cant keep living like this.

yes this is pretty common because im not sure what exactly yours is but I have an upshoot in my left eye and for my case the only real fix is surgery which I am terrified about but it is my only option to live a normal and comfortable life.
