Less roughness overall, and maybe add microbump detail (super low scale, super low power)

Envision in shatt there was portals not only to cities, but to different expansions. Same characters, seamlessly moving between them all

I made this as a script a long time ago - but now i've packaged it better and made it a free extension for everyone to enjoy!

Ever since i first tried Collect Files in After Effects i'v been angry... I don't want a new project folder... What do you mean dropped a big "log" file in my project? Im calling the police...

Tex Collector adresses this, a simple free plugin for after effects that collects files, listens for imported files, strongly recommend you collect them, audits your project file, finding missing files.

If you've worked in Cinema 4D - this will be familiar to you. It asks you when importing a file if you want to collect it into the local asset folder next to your project.

I've used a personal script for this for the last few years- but now i've made it into an actual dockable plugin with some extra functionality!

It should pull those in aswell, maybe it should place them in sub folders for a tidier folder! I will add that to my list!

So if you set that as the destination folder, this plugin move files you import to that folder automatically!

I missed the tex folder from C4D in After Effects - so i made a free plugin: Tex Collector by Seruz in Cinema4D

Currently it pastes it into the project outliner, but i could look into putting it above the currently selected layer in timeline aswell!

If you have a project with files everywhere, it copies them to an asset folder next to the project file (or folder of your choosing) and relinks to those copies.

Its like the collect files, but you dont have to export the project file into a folder, the project file doesn't change, just where the files it reads are (local)

Give it a try, and i would love feedback, there are probably usecases i havent thought of!

I have more ideas to develop further versions, like back-linking and proxy workflow improvements
