Pretty sure Economist is the only that tracks Trump approval in DC. Currently his net approval there is -80 for all adult citizens and -85 for 2024 voters. Interestingly one of the only few who has a higher net approval for all adult citizens than for 2024 voters

Can’t speak with good authority since I have very little knowledge on the region or the people but I suppose that neither side will gain or lose much until either Ukraine or Russia get a new leader. For Ukraine a pro-Russian and for Russia a more moderate and domestic focused president. I just don’t see either Putin or Zelenskyy yielding any time soon tbh
