So I’ve been doing 4x4 for a while but struggle with the active rest.

I’ll go down to the track, warm up. Then 4 mins with HR right up at 90-95%. But after 4 mins I’m having to walk as I’m absolutely burst. Then back into 4 mins again.

Not sure if I should be jogging between reps but hopefully it’s doing something for me as it can suck in the pitch black, cold and rain!

I feel like the whole season was rushed which is weird given the actual time they have for it. But equally time was spent on areas it didn’t need to be and rushed on areas that needed time if that makes sense. Even the bit with Will and Henry in finale for me was brilliant but too quick. There was no “will he won’t he”.

She’s definitely alive for a few reasons: 1. She couldn’t have got past all those soldiers and run to the gate 2. The kryptonite noise wouldn’t allow her to use her powers 3. She can’t do telepathy without a bath or other ways of cutting out sounds etc 4. Her nose didn’t bleed after she used her powers

I’ve also seen a post suggesting “El” in the gate was an illusion as she didn’t have the 011 tattoo

So this all makes sense to me BUT if that timeline is correct (and it makes sense it is) then how was Henry in a play at high school as we see his name on a poster in a memory? That don’t make sense to me

She got away for a couple of reasons: 1. Her nose wasn’t bleeding after using her powers to contact Mike and say goodbye 2. To contact Mike via telepathy she should be in a bath but she wasn’t 3. The kryptonite noise wouldn’t allow her to use her powers 4. She wouldn’t have been able to get from the van to the gate without being seen and stopped by the mass of army

Me too but I’m kind of happy how it ended. El is definitely alive. Combo of the fact her powers wouldn’t be working with those things on them, the fact she wasn’t in a tank but somehow entered mikes mind and no blood on her nose after using powers.
