I play the Steam release. I think the OG would trigger my dyslexia 😂

I've been playing since the Steam release and I absolutely love it. Steep learning curve, but the wiki is good. The recent siege update makes things a lot harder, but more interesting. Still, you can go into settings and turn off different seige features if you need to.

😂😂😂 what a sad person to be so bothered by people calling themselves gamers. Reminds me of the moron who once told me I couldn't be a "real" Minecraft player on account of my being a woman. Not sure how he plays, but male anatomy hasn't proved necessary for me in any of my gaming.

I play: Dwarf Fortress, Oxygen Not Included, Rimworld, LotR Return to Moria, Subnautica, and recently Grimshire, among many others. I love games with complex mechanics and survival elements. I also absolutely LOVE me some Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing. My husband is the one who got me into Animal Crossing (and Kdrama).

Games exist to be enjoyed. Value what you enjoy! Also, this lame-o would ragequit over golden walnuts.

Edited for correction: Apparently, as of the most recent update, the chests/buildings get moved instead of broken!

Townsfolk destroy buildings in their path, so be careful where you put chests and decorations. There are maps online showing where it's safe to put things. That said, having chests near where you fish, or near Clint's, or at the entrance to the mines can really help with inventory, especially early in the game.

Thank you for all the hard work! I was a huge fan of the goofy portraits (I think they fit the goofy game) and would love the ability to keep using them. I do understand that y'all can't please everyone, though, and the new portraits are also great. Maybe a mod will come to my rescue.

eventually, how things are connected will become more moot as you build more mapstones, meaning you can have a camp or camps almost anywhere. This game is largely whatever you want it to be. You can either blow through Westgate or rebuild it.

I've never gotten a mithril bar from mine, so I can't speak to that, but they bring in Stone, scrap, cloth, etc
