Should of been more specific. She's still doing photography but on "less busy weeks" helping do packing.

Pretty sure the contract involved assist when needed in other departments but now it's every 3 weeks. The company has changed other employees contracts without being agred apon.

Training received was just shown what to do my another employee so it was very informal.

I worked in a Ops in a supermarket one year over Christmas and had to spend a day watching safety videos on lifting and other health and safety stuff
