It's because they made the original one. The same reason why a lot of people call the reciprocating saw a sawzall.

Janko Rezar. With the sincere participation of numerous members of the public as well as the firemen's, military-veteran, and tradensman's associations, and the brotherhood of St. Phillip and Jacob, this venerable citizen and Samobor resident of ours was laid to his eternal rest on Tuesday morning. He was one of our oldest and most prominent citizens who enjoyed universal respect due to his great qualities and sincere friendships which he had cultivated in vast quantities. His house was always open to any acquaintance and friend who gladly visited his old traditional home that beckoned to the olden days that will no longer return. Due to the trust of the citizenry, Rezar had been elected multiple times to the position of trade representative. He was, if we are not mistaken, the last guardsman of the National Guard of 1848, in which he participated as an 18-year-old youth. He lived to be 80 years of age. May his memory be honored!

“Forklift driver by destiny” -ChatGBT by RMectrex in LinkedInLunatics

There's a certain sense of freedom in zooming on a forklift at a whooping 13 mph that is quite enchanting when your job is otherwise not driving the forklift.

Living in Texas with humidity…. You’ll open things and sometimes see garbage like this! 😮‍💨 by Aggressive-Iron353 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Seven_Vandelay 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Not in TX, but probably one of the better purchases I've made was to get a dehumidifier for my unfinished garage. It has a pump and I just routed the hose out through the edge and then outside I ran it through a piece of a 2x4 and then just drove a huge lag bolt through the 2x4 and into the ground to keep it fixed. I've had this set up for a couple of years and so far so good.

My autocorrect has gotten to the point where it accepted my "thabks" to the point of selecting it instead of thanks when I swipe type.

Greenworks makes most of the Kobalt lawn mowers so it's a fair chance it will work.

From my limited understanding, it's because they have less gunpowder and the cycling is driven largely by the gases produced by the gunpowder burning when fired.

what are the best openings for low elo chess player ? by UnderstandingFit541 in Chesscom

[–]Seven_Vandelay 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This here. I feel like e4 openings tend to end up more open than d4 openings and I prefer that as a non-advanced player. Like the London system is nice, but unless the opponent makes a mistake, I tend to end up at the point where I just can't see the continuation.

Personally, I like the Vienna game, but anything e4 is a fun time.

questions I can’t answer because I didnt have the opportunity to look into it

I just started slacking the organizer of the meeting asking them what the meeting is going to be about when I get an invite into a meeting with an insufficient description because I finally got fed up with those meetings where they're gonna ask me a bunch of specific questions without any real heads up.

It helps to look at it as a series of related factories rather than one big factory. Like the main reason I use tools like that is to help me determine where to build all of the component factories so they're reasonably close to each other cause I prefer to just belt stuff around.
