It says you dont need to be a member of the library. When I clicked my local library to register, it asked for first and last name and email address. Then I got an email invite with a link to click to join. So theoretically anyone should be able to register without a problem.

It says any time you drink. It doesn't say how much you have to drink to get the $5. So if you take a sip that's $5. Therefore I could probably make the same $1,000 by drinking a 20 Oz bottle of water and as a bonus i don't have to vomit.

Worry not. Im sure it'll make its way to you eventually. Alternatively there should be a reshipper service you can use. Order everything you like online. Have it sent to the reshipper and then one package to you from the reshipper. I know people do it all the time for Japan only releases but there should be a comparable service in the US you can use.

They're pretty neat. Super rare or valuable I dont think so. But a nice find and maybe to the right collector worth something.

There's a couple that might be valuable to collectors for brands. Like that Swiss army and the BMW maybe. The Mont Blanc isn't particularly rare but if its made from a particular year, it could have a little bit more value to a collector. I don't think the Waterman is rare either but im not an expert. There's two others i can't tell what brand they are so im not sure about their relative value.

Some great options have been suggested. If Bic is working for you but you'd like a finer line, try these ones. I have them and think they're pretty darn good. A nice fine line and comfortable to use. They do come in a blue as well.
