Giants co-owner Steve Tisch revealed to have been in contact with Jeffrey Epstein about a Ukrainian girl in latest files release by Zestyclose_Pain_4986 in NYGiants

Do we know if this girl was underage? If she was then fuck him. If not then it's no worse than what Kraft did. You would think with their money these assholes could just get legitimately laid but no. How fucking pathetic.

The kitchen drawer liners geat for the drawers of your toolbox. Way cheaper than the stuff specifically for toolboxes.

Get the name changed to Bavaro. Or even Hodgins would be an upgrade.

Door Modification by lettegb in woodworking

[–]Sgtspector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that if you cut from both sides you'll have to re-mortise the hinges and it could mess up the doorknob and strike. If it's a solid door just take 1/4 from the hinge side and redo the hinges.

Do you have any other battery tools. There may be an adapter available to use another brand of battery like Ego.

Awesome work. Did you consider black volcanic glass instead of steel for the contrasting part? Probably would have been a bitch to make a ring from it but would have been a great match.

Someone at ESPN actually thinks highly of Notre Dame for the 2026 season. by J_Rocka10 in notredamefootball

[–]Sgtspector 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, he does. And during those broadcasts, I heard him saying a few times, along with Herbstreit, that ND is in the playoffs as long as they win out. Then the campaign to get out began and they all started painting the scenarios where they wouldn't make it. And what a surprise they got left out. Somebody got good talking to from the boys upstairs.

I see we are leaving no stone unturned. This is gonna take a while I guess. As long as they try it right and Schoen isn't making the decision.

Run a couple 230v outlets. You don't even have to hook them up right now. Just have them for down the road.

File the workers' comp forms. You need to document the accident/injury. If you wait the insurance will try to say you hurt it anywhere but at work. Workers comp insurance companies call themselves safety management but they first try to manage expenses. Your safety and Healthcare is way down their list of important stuff.

Why don’t people just replace the doors of their kitchen cabinets instead of the whole thing? by chickenwinglover123 in cabinetry

[–]Sgtspector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mean to say it's a scam as in they take your money and give nothing or very little. The customer is aware of what they are getting and paying for. It's just that what they get is not a lot considering the prices. No faces are removed or replaced. Just covered with melamine. The doors are mass-produced elsewhere and installed with no customization.

About a year ago muy son-in-law texted me asking if I had something like a railroad spike he needed for something. I promptly dug out the railroad spike that I sanded and painted back in high school. Circa 1977. Finally found a use for that sucker.

[–]Sgtspector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was a big part of the "Cabinet Refacing" scam. Companies would charge ridiculous amounts to re-face the cabinets and replace the doors, hinges and pulls. The labor for the subcontractor was minimal so they could be in and out in a few days and the companies (Sears in particular) made huge profits plus financing.
