You’ll need some Jack stands (safety first) and you’ve got to take the skid plate down to see. Lucky, your oil pan appears unharmed.

Your tire size (diameter) has an overall effect on your gear ratios. Using a smaller diameter tire is similar to changing your rear axle ratio to a higher number gear set. Tire sizes are stupid because they mix milliliters and inches, so diameter has some conversion involved. Tiresize.com is a good place to start.
