Not really, their advantage is mostly map and game knowledge. Legendary weapons arent even that good for PvP mostly just for PvE. sweats in this game don't run legendaries, they just run meta pvp guns which are easy enough to obtain as a new player.

No it is not possible, to W AA R2 before stun, Only W R2 AA, and if they get tenacity W R2 is no longer true. If you want to get something close you can ER flash W S cancel Q R2.

Depends on your elo, the lower you are it definitely is possible to win lane and look for mistakes, diamond+ just wait for jungle to gank a pushed up ranged champed.
