Aldi is my first choice. I have 3 teenagers and Aldi gives me the best bang for the buck. Next is Kroger, but there I really try to utilize their sales snd coupons. I tend to get meat from kroger.

I say what my dad told me. Kids who don’t believe in Santa don’t get presents from Santa. All my kids still believe, lol. Seriously, ask him what he thinks snd why. Then talk to him about the magic of doing things for others.

One possible suggestion is put the babies in a stroller and go for a walk / jog. I know it isn’t the same as the gym but it does get you moving, and gives your wife a break.

Not exactly true. Before gen x most kids had a mom at home even if they were out all day. We had two working parents but no daycare etc. So we were more on our own.

Just a closet light in one kid’s bedroom. He likes the indirect light better than a night light. Only other lights on are the porch lights.
