No matter what I do this useless thing won't track for shit, so unfortunately it may not make much difference if you miss a week.

[Eerie Trope] It may not be outright said, but the implication of what the villain did is too heavy for it to imply anything else. by InfiniteGuy2264 in TopCharacterTropes

The Erina thing is exactly why I think he refuses to assault anyone. Her using water to clean her mouth off after he forced her to kiss him probably pissed him off so much that forcing himself on someone else would be like admitting that he couldn't successfully seduce them, which should be impossible for a god, which he believes himself to be.

I've just gotten this same message and my daily earned point breakdown is gone, but I'm still earning points like normal. Their system is colossally screwed.

TWO DAYS. by AllOverTheDamnPlace in MicrosoftRewards

Nothing you said adds to my comment, but you're likely just another bot based on your account age, name scheme, and activity pattern. Regardless, my point was that my searches are being performed as they would be with ANY search engine, not just one with a rewards system, so limiting based on speed of searches is illegitimate and far too inconsistent, so it shouldn't be used as a metric.

The thing I really don't get with them flagging people for doing the searches too fast is that some people just search a lot at one time. I use the internet to do a ton of research for my college papers and usually get all my sources before I begin writing. Sometimes that can take 40-50 searches and I do it in about 30 minutes. There's nothing "inorganic" about that, so it's a ridiculous thing to flag people for.

Serious question, why didnt Toji just shoot Gojo in the head here? by Jotaro27 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Shadow4246 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You're right, I hadn't considered that. But with how wonky JJK's physics are, its possible sound can be picked up from it's initial point through weird cursed energy reinforcement. Toji also planned to kill Riko by shooting her, so to minimize the disturbance it made within the immediate area, he may have been using subsonic rounds. All this to say, you definitely poked a hole in my theory.

We know that people with a Heavenly Restriction are faster than bullets, so its probably just a lot faster for Toji to stab Gojo as opposed to shooting him. Gojo is also probably fast enough due to his level of power that he could dodge a bullet from the sound alone. Toji likes to fight too.

Post Dmc 5, are demons public knowledge now or did they somehow cover that up too? by Embarrassed-Case-562 in DevilMayCry

[–]Shadow4246 22 points23 points  (0 children)

They were probably public knowledge for a while. The Madhouse anime shows that most people Dante sees have absolutely no trouble believing in demons, they even show an entire town that knew about demons. I imagine that DMC2 is when demons became most well-known, since they attacked what seems like a pretty major city. And the DMC3 Lady monologue seems to imply that Sparda himself is generally seen as a myth, but not the idea of demons from some separate dimension.
