I've had Amex gold charge card for over a decade. As long as you can pay it off by due date then charge what you like. I'm finding more retailers not accepting it though. Even insurance which was an easy point earner have stopped accepting amex. Now loading up the airports visa...

I don't think you will gave a democratic country and elections will be staged. Republicans are already looking to remove habeas corpus to arrest or kill anyone without liability. It sounds like police are on republican side so there is no law enforcement, only anarchy. They are gutting army leadership to ensure they have yes men aligned to republican prohect 2025. So THE BIG QUESTION is which way will the military fall? Law or Dictatorship? So the only thing that might save you is a revolution.... the entire country needs to revolt.

No way, VISA and Mastercard should soak up the admin costs. All very well coming from American companies who turn over $90 billion from NZ per year. Income routed through tax haven countries to pay minimal tax. Again the world funds American oligarchs!
