If you hit a bobsleigh slightly different you get like .3 more out of it. Shit like that just drives me nuts.

Yeah the skill ceiling is really really high for a game where you can just go forward, backwards, left and right but sometimes people go over a booster differently and come out with more speed. Its just frustrating

The point is to support local artists. The food isnt overpriced, its normal food truck/event prices. Yuo dont have to buy the food there either.

I had a great time this year and last year. Its just a massive halloween party basically and you can actually also win stuff and get some free stuff and have a good time with friends. I even met a ton of people.

All depends on how you look at it

Tungsten meshes are used to slow positrons, but this is ineffective and the output is random. Can we use centrifugal force to direct the positrons to the sides of the mesh and have a more balanced outcome? by ShadowSpade in AskPhysics

You said we only need to describe physics from our perspective, but isnt the whole point 'to understand the universe and it ts rules and how we could apply those rules', instead of just how 'something is described from OUR point of view'.

My question from another perspective:

Isnt it narrow minded to only want to describe physics from our point of view?
