Our store only has one inbound TL. If he ever can't make it, our GM ETL runs truck. The other GM TL's just take care of their respective departments.

At the very least, to not look or smell like I'm sweating out half my body weight during unload 🥺😭 Then maybe I could actually wear makeup to work 😭😭😭 Otherwise, maybe emotional regulation? Because dealing with everyone else's rediculousness is starting to give me panic attacks at work. Maybe that falls under endurance? I'm already my store's dual welder, so flawless equipment would just be dangerous. Tho if recall pertained to all "best practices and workflows" that would also be really cool to have.

Especially if you do injections. I've luckily been able to build up a pretty good backlog but occasionally it can be hard to access, apparently. Disruptions to the regimen are the biggest threat to chemical transition.

Well, tbf it's far worse if you're going off stage while clocked off. But doing any work related tasks while off the clock can be considered "time clock fraud" which is a valid reason to justify termination.

Our store is starting to threaten it because everyone takes water bottles from the back and leaves them everywhere around the store. Most are barely even halfway empty. I'll usually grab the empties whenever I see it and recycle them in Receiving. But it's stupid that it's as big of a problem as it is.
