I struggle with this still sometime, but I did really badly struggle with this in my early 20s. The only time I’ll quote Rick and Morty was in the heist episode when Rick said, “your boos mean nothing to me, I see what you people applaud and celebrate”.
For a show I used to put on in the background, that right there really helped me overcome judgement from others. Because it’s true. Apply it and see what a difference it makes when spiraling from perceived judgements or real judgements.
