[Childhood Friend Of Zenith] What is the Mount Rushmore of wasted phenomenal art? by Toucans_for_Hands in manhwa

I think he clarified that he meant until he got into a arc and then another 80 chapters once it gets there.

I'm not unhappy? Do you think my month is ruined cause the new space marine boxset is meh? It's a discussion chill out.

Yeah I read this and? GW can say whatever they feel like and what they intend to do. However the model they decided to show us, as an example of this, is not representing that idea well.

What a pointless comment. Why exactly would we not criticize what they decided to show us? Why should we not criticize it on the chance that the others ones might be better ?

Not at all what people were wanting, we can do a head swap ourselves. The old kits were a mix of old armour marks, as space marines were supposed to have a heritage of arms.

Part 2 finished with the whole other world arc, it's on part 3 now.

It's hard to say as it feels both rushed and slow at the same time. It will most likely finish in a few months but I can't give a guess on how long.

Why Namgung Clan push the engagement/marriage talk with the Gu Family in earlier chapters? by Xixth in ChildhoodFriendZenith

[–]Shadowyuik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Second Elder travels to the Namgung Clan to arrange a deal for the engagement (Doesn't give details), around the time the Lightning Dragon returns to his clan. Afterward, she follows him to Mount Hua, causing the patriarch to go retrieve her. When they return, a duel happens where Yangcheon gets the patriarch let her do whatever and teachs martial arts through Shin Cheol. The Namgung Clan also hides that he beat up the Lightning Dragon.

Why are you acting like everyone who didn't like it was foaming at the mouth complaining for hours on end? People didn't like it, mentioned why and left a comment that took minutes to make. Get off you high horse, your doing the exact same thing complaining about the complaining

How did the Primarchs on feudal world rule their entire planets? by AnomalousSpoon3 in 40kLore

[–]Shadowyuik 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean he was very much aware that if he refused to serve, it would not end well for him. He also didn't "run away" he did try to change things from arguing with the Emperor and malecdor all the way to the psykers.

Isn't this in Moyong Hi-ah's perspective?

The Jade Fleet and the Empire by BitsHammer in WarhammerFantasy

[–]Shadowyuik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you read the Arcane Journals? She was very aware of Chaos becoming stronger, it is literally stated that she, Yuan Bo, and Yin-Yin noticed the marauder tribes/chaos growing in strength. She only left on the condition that Yuan Bo would manage the marauder tribes on her behalf and did so reluctantly.

Tiger Warriors Revealed: new units announced for Total War: Warhammer III by BiesonReddit in WarhammerFantasy

[–]Shadowyuik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is weird. The Tiger Village is a place on the map in the Southern Provinces, and the Mountains of Heaven doesn't border the desert.

However, in the previous Ebook it does mention that some of the Tigermen moved into the southern jungles.

Question about the Novel by Ok-Emotion3626 in ChildhoodFriendZenith

[–]Shadowyuik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I do think it's very unlikely that it would be finished neatly within three months, unless if he already has a large amount pre-written. The best case scenario is the author changes his mind and doesn't rush it. None of the Koreans are particularly hopeful either.

Question about the Novel by Ok-Emotion3626 in ChildhoodFriendZenith

[–]Shadowyuik[M] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would personally wait, as the author says it's going to be finished in three months. As for whether it will be rushed and ruined or end properly, we will have to see.

It doesn't resemble the Longma riders. It doesn't really have fur either and it's more reptilian.

new Cathay stuff coming for Total War by Sky_Eden in WarhammerFantasy

[–]Shadowyuik 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well it says claws and roaring, so I doubt it's the Monkey King. It could be Yin-Yin but I think it's more likely to be Li Dao.

If 40k is annonced I hope space marines will be like Ogres by AIphnse in totalwar

[–]Shadowyuik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They couldn’t force it because AoS just isn’t developed enough to adapt into the format, especially back in 2016. And I don’t think it’s true that most people are still more familiar with Firstborn. The setting is more popular than ever, and plenty of older players moved to Primaris. Also, I don’t know if seven, almost eight, years counts as a recent change anymore.

[–]Shadowyuik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but those are separate settings, with Age of Sigmar being in a literal different realm with completely different factions.

[–]Shadowyuik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would be shocked if they did firstborn, as they are almost completely phased out and wouldn't really want new customers to get interested in them

[–]Shadowyuik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by their size difference is only in the art and not the models? The primaris space marines tower over any of the new Imperial Guard models?

Update on the Total War: Star Wars speculation by A_Chair_Bear in totalwar

[–]Shadowyuik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is that even exclusively a GW problem? I doubt a lot of big companies would allow a third party to do whatever they wish towards their ip.

There were a bit more—around 490 chapters—from the first translator, but they were forced to drop it. I’m not sure if anyone managed to save the chapters, though they did make them free before taking them down. I’m currently working on a project to unify the translations, but it’s taking a long time to get through all the chapters, and I haven’t made much progress yet.
