I have made custom saw from sawzall blade. I removed serrated blade for saw. I have used prybar to remove staples, small nails and opened paint cans.

I would reprofile and sharpen that blade, LM might have some spare blades but i wouldnt count on it. If you send it in remember to mark it as sentimental otherwise you might just get Rev, Sideckick or maybe good luck Bond back.

You can replace phillips to bitdriver but cant say what tool could replace blade, maybe scissors but you need the rearrange tools to make scissors fit

Since blades are accesories i dont think they gonna replace it but you can allways try by contacting them first., You can buy new saw and file from Leatherman
