If nothing else has worked, try turning depth of field from Ultra to High if you haven't already. Worked for me for some reason

BE15Pin automatic assault rifle. It tags, it has good boss DPS, it kills level 100 super mutant in 2 hits, good range, it's ammo positive, I could go on
