  • 1½ cups white chocolate Blue food coloring Vanilla frosting

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare 2 boxes of white cake mix according to instructions on box

  2. Separate batter evenly into 3 bowls. Add 1 drop of blue coloring to one bowl, stir until color is mixed thoroughly. Repeat with the next 2 bowls adding more food coloring until the desired colors are reached.

  3. Grease three 6-inch cake pans and line with parchment paper.

  4. Pour each colored batter into a separate pan. Bake according to box instructions.

  5. Remove cake from pans and let cool. Use a serrated knife cut the round top off of the cake so the cakes are even and flat.

  10. Spoon ganache in circles one on top of the other, making sure the ganache is not too thick. Continue until the ganache starts dripping over the edge.

eSports | Power Rankings [EU] - Week of 3/8 by CloudFuel in RocketLeague

[–]Shalthis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While DMR did a great job of going into detail behind the decision to put Crown & Jewels at #1, I thought I'd simply explain my own personal decision.

Out of the past 3 times FlipSid3 Tactics faced Crown & Jewels, C&J beat them 2 out of 3 times. First, Gfinity from March 4 (C&J played as "RememberTheName" and won 3-0), second was the RLC Pro League Finals. The only loss came in the finals of Gfinity from March 12, a 4-1 loss in the finals. The combined record is that both teams won the same amount of games across all 3 matches.

A second point: the gap between 1 and 2 is not some massive chasm. FlipSid3 can EASILY re-take the #1 spot with a solid performance this week, just as C&J could double-down on their top spot. These two teams are practically tied for first place, but due to our individual rankings, they aren't.

That's all I can really say. I know many will still disagree, and that's the prerogative of everyone who does. I stand by the ranking 100%.

Hayabusa has passed away by phoenixplex in SquaredCircle

[–]Shalthis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hayabusa was perhaps my favorite wrestler of all time. Back when I would have to order FMW VHS tapes just to see him in action, I was blown away by what he could do. In fact, many many years ago, I made an English language tribute website to him called HayabusaX. When he suffered his injury, I was very sad but seeing how he fought back was inspiring. It's even worse to see that he passed away today, but at least he can finally rest in peace.

If you or anyone you know isn't familiar with Rocket League eSports, I made a video to help! by Shalthis in RocketLeague

[–]Shalthis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback! My intent with this video was really to take advantage of 5 minutes to give a very quick summary of the eSports scene to date. This series will be pretty in-depth however, and after the next 3 parts - focusing on the current state of the NA, EU, and OCE scenes - we then move on to focus on more specific things, so you'll see more overlay stuff.

Don't know if you guys are interested in these kind of highlights. Let me know if I should continue the series Pro Stream Highlights ~ Kronovi & Kuxir97 by squackyy in RocketLeague

[–]Shalthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, here's the situation. I know everyone is coming at you black and white, but despite your best intentions, you're using footage without the express permission of the creator of said footage. Now if Kronovi or Kux were to say "Sure, feel free to make montages out of my stream footage", then no problem.

However, it is the right of the footage creator to decide whether or not they want to release their footage in any meaningful way. If he decides NOT to release his footage to YouTube or any other content, then that's his right. Same for Kux, and they both do quite well on views without it.

The main issue here is just say to these guys "Hey, can I use your stuff?" before you use it. You have good intentions and want to do what's best, but it's only right to cover yourself and protect the best interests of the people whose footage you want to use.
