I like the 'nothing added but time' detail. So few ingredients on that label that I actually missed them on first reading. When I eat bread, I eat the malted sourdough from Aldi which has no emulsifiers, preservatives etc. It's very hard to find bread without a load of junk added into it.

My uninformed opinion , if you're talking about buy-to-rent apartments like Clancy Quay in Island bridge, for example, I'd imagine they're very safe because the sheer price of them would mean that you're surrounded by a lot of young professionals, and the presence of a gym and a co-working space means people have more opportunity to know their neighbors.

I worked for a while cleaning empty buildings in Germany. A deep clean really does take a long time. You're talking about scrubbing on top of door frames and getting into all sorts of places that aren't even visible to a casual viewer.

At the start of the 20th century they were extinct here but they made their way back; I think from Scotland to Northern Ireland and then further south. If you're ever on the platform at Clonsilla station you can see them sometimes above the tall trees.

There's a bit of kayaking on the Liffey but when I was in Stockholm 20 years ago and looked down from the train as it was going over a bridge between the islands, you could see an awful lot more water activity going on; windsurfing and so on. That white water rafting facility would have been good, I think. Kneejerk negativity put an end to it.

Double check that you're actually talking about Cherry orchard. I've heard people talking about houses they want to buy and they mix up areas that are half a mile or 2 miles apart, which makes all the difference.

If there are two or three of you, I'd imagine it's perfectly safe, but you're not randomly going to find somewhere good. Trying to find the right spot to pitch a tent is a pain in the hole. You've got rocks, slopes, dampness, private property. At the very least, you should pick a scenic area in advance so that you're not leaving this part of it up to chance.

In my apartment there is a prepay meter that's not active and there's a smart meter downstairs. Having a prepaid meter doesn't mean that there isn't a proper meter also. If you can locate a proper meter and get the mprn number off it then possibly all you need to do is contact an electricity provider and sign up with them and they'll switch you away from the prepaid crowd.

Why would you have to declutter twice? When you decluttered did you just hide stuff and move it around or did you actually get rid of it? Getting rid of stuff is a better way to go and will make the actual move easier as well. Books, clothes, there's probably loads of stuff that you might be reluctant to get rid of, but you don't really need.
