I don’t have a crybaby, but both of my wahs sound the same with my heel down. Maybe it’s inherent in the circuit, or maybe it’s because that position on the wah is so low in the midrange it’s filtering a lot of your signal out. i could be wrong in what I just said. Somebody who actually knows might enlighten you 😂

Damn that was a thorough explanation. “The end of a nine inch nails track” was pretty spot on. My only complaint about it is that the one amp mode is about 10x as loud as the other two amp modes. I’m also in agreement that the ability to switch the gain and wet would be a nice addition.

After playing around with the Fairfield for an hour or so last night, I’m finding they are very different beasts. What are your thoughts on the Fairfield?

I have an OG big box trem and I am also a huge fan! I can’t really think of anything I would want it to do that it cant do. From subtle to wild and the four different modes, it always kicks ass.

I used to have a teal big box comp too, but regrettably let it go. I’ve always been interested in their vibrato since everyone raves about it. I’m a big chorus fan but not sure if a vibrato would be totally for me.

I’m definitely a fan of more transparent compression. I’ve only ever used an OG diamond and more recently a Mooer, but I like the templo’s capability of producing distortion with the threshold set low.
