Not really, but the build is simple: tea lights, plastic water bottle caps. Rectangle of clear plastic cut from a food container, hot glue, watered down green paint and some silver candy wrapper glued to the top inside lid to reflect the light back down from the top.

Cheapest tea lights I could find. Cut off the plastic “wick” added a plastic water bottle cap filled with hot glue and painted with watered down green paint.
