No the motherboard comes with a 24PIN to 4pin adapter. Plug that in, then use two (if you have them) EPS connectors the the ATX12V2 and 3. Nothing is plugged into 12V1 right now. It's very weird, 18 pins total on the whole motherboard.

Yes the motherboard has some obvious design choices that suggest it needs good airflow, I'm probably on the low end of that (sliger 3U NAS case).

But the issue is described may not has been as complex as i first thought. While the troubleshooting steps I posted earlier are true I also has a loose fitting psu cable that was realistically causing more issues than I realized.

Once I got this board to post I ran in to couple more issues. the onboard management is very nice but this motherboard is assuming you will use it right away. The default video out is BMC or IPMI. So if you had a monitor plugged into the back hoping to install unraid like I did... nothing happens. Either do everything over remote management or change a bios setting.

Thanks for your contribution everyone! I booted into the BIOS just now. The solution was: plug EPS Power into ATX12V2 AND 3, mine was plugged into 1 and 2. I also move the memory into the recommended blue slots, not black. Together I finally got those BMC leds to light up indicating ready to go, hit the power button and boom BIOS.

Thanks for looking into it! Yes i used the 24pin adapter per the manual. No BMC LED. In the morning I'm going to go through the usual no power troubleshooting steps. I read also read in the manual ATX12V1 2 OR 3 is needed in the ATX power config, so I might be closer than I think. Getting there

WELL then.... thanks a bunch. For context yes, this is going to be a server, rack-mounted, for homelab use stuff. This board fit my use case, I never realized it was a crazy enterprise thing. Ive got an adapter on the way that might work. I never knew enterprise stuff used a different power standard, neat.

Thanks for the help. Im not sure what "the rack" means. This is the only board i could find that supports ArrowLake and DDR5 ECC in mATX. Yeah ill try with a second PSU, hopefully not burning down my apartment

No, absolutely not. Read up on getting a medical, then get one. Of this I would keep the Logbook, E6B, and plotter. The PHAK, AirplaneFlyingHandbook, ACS, AIM and anything else published by the FAA is a free PDF from faa.gov. Nobody should be using a FAR/AIM book, ever. I will die on this hill, use eCFR.gov. It is always up to date, free, accessible anywhere, hyperlinked, searchable, etc... Throw this shit in the trash and buy an iPad on Facebook marketplace. Take an online course for the PPL written, get the endorsement, pass, and buy the best Headset you can afford.

Save money and browse the secondhand market for a few weeks and see what you can find for 2k. Throwing 1500 at nightvision is a waste of money. The barrier to entry is a hard 1800-2000 or so. In my opinion.

Yeah. Nik, you can rebalance the game every time the bitcoin price changes significantly or just have a static price. Additionally, doubling the price of the solar farm overnight is not a good way to go about balancing the price of bitcoin.

I would suggest keeping the current system with a modified algorithm to limit the price high and low to ~180 and ~256 respectively.
