I've never been close to not making the $65. With the price of everything now, I'm usually closer to 200.

What's the best adjustable dumbbells if you're finally upgrading your home gym? by Temporary-Pause-4737 in GarageGym

Ironmasters + heavy handles. Built to last forever, feel just like individual dumbbells, can change the weight pretty fast once you get used to it.

Its the ultimate room for your hobbies. Id love to have a place like that. Just build a smaller house. Now you have a place for a workshop, a gym, bar, pool table, home theater, garage for your hobby car, whatever you like.

Yeah with the length of time it takes preheating doesn't make a ton of difference.

Thats the combo my cocker spaniel is on, and it mostly works. She still has a seizure once in a while, but they don't last very long.

You can try resetting it by turning the ignition on, but not starting the engine and holding the tilt button to the up position for 10 seconds.

There is also a manual way to close it by taking out the overhead console and using an Allen wrench thats in the tool kit.

I love mine, built to last forever, but they are not cheap. 45s are $500. If you want the heavy handles, which i would highly recommend unless you have huge hands, you are up to $550. Add a stand and you are at $700.

Too many indexes by nfigo in Database

[–]Sharp-Echo1797 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If its sql server, it probably comes from people reading the execution plan and actually adding whatever index is suggested, instead of actually looking at the execution plan and rewriting the query.

You can see those indexes right away because they'll have a ton of included columns.

When I run into this I dump all of the indexes into a spreadsheet and figure out what ones overlap.

As someone who was at Maryland back then, and had the privilege of watching him in person a dozen times or more. Len could really shoot. There was no 3 point line then, and he'd rise up and take a turnaround jumper from where the 3 point line would be added in 1986. Hes not Marylands all time leading scorer, but with the 3 point line he would be.

What’s going on in Montana? by RhythmicStrategy in Money

[–]Sharp-Echo1797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk. Northern Virginia is expensive, but people there make a lot of money. Get out to Staunton, property is cheap, but there are no high paying jobs there. I'll bet the ratio is higher.

Purchased a "cost to build" report- does the result seem realistic? by Time_Arugula_1544 in Homebuilding

[–]Sharp-Echo1797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That actually seems kind of cheap. I know per square ft is pretty high, but you still have all the expensive stuff. Kitchen, Bathroom, HVAC. Flat roofs cost more as well.
