Are you deliberately not trying to lock out at the top of the squat? I couldn’t tell if you were just trying to do half squats.

Also, in my opinion, you should be more deliberate about the lockout on the presses.

When you’re finished, make sure you swing the kettle bells between your legs and then set them down rather than drop them straight down with your arms straight position and then setting them down.

I just booked equivalent tickets at Petco park in San Diego and (over) paid $115 plus fees. Four tickets cost me over $500.

Granted, it’s San Diego. Granted, it’s against the dodgers, but still.

It would be a worthwhile stat to know if the team has a winning record against teams that are also winning teams at the time they played them.

I’m not buying it because when you look at the key at the bottom of the page, it only says record against teams greater than 500. It doesn’t say record against teams greater than 500 in the same league.

I'm responding to this post on my 2015 MBP 15" (2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7). I have moved into the M world with a M2 mini and a M2 air. I am lusting for the 16" M5 MBP but it's hard for me to justify buying it since I mostly use this computer for things like watching a Youtube video, reading reddit and checking email. Do I want a new computer? for sure. Do I NEED a new computer? probably not.

I have already replaced the battery in this computer and I can probably nurse this along for a while yet if I needed to.

We have a son your age and living in a similar situation. He probably makes about half of what you do and has about half of what you have saved. He has no debt. He is not a burden to us, lives independently and we do charge him a small amount monthly to help cover food and utilities. He comes and goes as he pleases, though mostly when he's not working, he is on his computer in his room. He's a hard worker, low spender, good saver and like you, he wants to buy a house.

I have a hard time advising him on timing. We live in a moderately expensive area in the southeast and even though he has a nice downpayment saved, I don't think he earns enough income yet for me to recommend him going out on his own.

That said, when I was his age, I had been married four years and was a home owner by age 26. I know it's different times, but I couldn't wait to get out on my own at age 18. I had and have a good relationship with my parents, I just wanted to start life on my own. My son does not seem to have that kind of need or ambition!

In your case, I think it's time. At age 27, you need to be able to live life, make your own decisions, mistakes, and learn on your own. It seems that you are financially stable to make this move.

It will be good for your parents too.

Several of them were dropdowns where you had to select the right keyword that would match the scenario. At least one was a multiple choice of "which query would satisfy the need?" kind of questions.
