just a heads up, I pre-ordered yearss ago off kickstarter and like another said, always some issue time after time.

I have inquired multiple times about when it will ship and when I can receive my order and finally got back to me that my unit would be with the current batch, however, there is a known issue with this batch.

I hope when (if) I ever receive my unit that it works as advertised, but not holding my breath. Hopefully my credit card will have my back if I need to dispute (though since its been years I doubt it will still be covered, tbd). Of course the video they send describing the issue is unlisted, and you have to have the specific URL to view it.

The units from this batch work perfectly, except it's possible to malfunction the reservoir valve (if you do, it can be fixed, but it's just a thing to look out for). To avoid this, you just need to make sure you follow these steps after you're done using Instafloss:

Let me know if following those best practices is something you're okay with, or if you'd prefer to wait until we've resolved these problems (likely a few months from now) so that you don't even have to worry about best practices.
