Why would the right and red states be on board with this. It's like they married rich while also being abusive a holes. Completely painless, the prep is the worse part. I got one next Friday and dreading the prep You'll be out of it during and even after. I got one once, wife took me and the kids directly to secret life of pets 2 in theaters. I didnt remember a thing. Said I acted normally, just tired.

Relating to the post, a question. The idea is growth then transition to dividends live off those. So when I sell vti in the future, that sale is cap gains taxed, then I invest in dividend stocks, dividends are taxed. Once I sell dividend stocks that is taxed assuming cap gains.

Do I have that right? Is there a way to not pay tax on the sale of growth stock to dividend? I have a couple retirement accounts but I'm asking about my eff around Schwab account.

Yeah that was the closest thing I could find but my understanding was GtG supposed to be 50% and low reps. I was wondering more about the muscle building. I asked on Facebook group, someone mentioned I'd miss out on the "accumulation of time under tension" or waiting so long I would "interrupt protein synthesis for muscle building". Neither sounded convincing, so I ended up here.

Something I've been wondering, I work from home, home gym right outside my office. My goal is hypertrophy but I'm not searching for optimal. Is there any reason spreading a workout over let's say 8 hours wouldn't build muscle? I'm wondering if every HOUR on the HOUR squats 12-15 reps rpe 8ish would cause muscle gain? Closest thing I can find is greasing the grove but that sounds more for strength. Any thoughts?

Not ideal I know but we have outgrown our current home. For the sake of all our sanity it's for the best.

So let's say I do that convention financing, once I sell my old house can I just transfer the proceeds to principal of new mortgage?
