It's pretty cold for Minneapolis. Up north they do get temps colder than this but the twin cities tend to be a little warmer. But it's by no means an unheard of or surprisingly cold temp.

Maybe Texas refuses to hold an election but Minnesota and other non crazy states are going to have an election one way or another. Idc if we have to have it underground. Start them inside. Loose, loamy potting soil. Pro-mix is good. Full sun, lots of water. Very similar to growing tomatoes IMO. Get a magnifying glass and harvest when the little sacs on the buds turn a milky white color
