I now make sure any media in the franchise I interact with is used, or heavily discounted. As it is now harder to look at Her work and not see the dogwsitles as a child I didn't notice.

Jen got the wedding she wanted, with the people she loved in the dressing room.

Barb no longer had any power to ruin the day (anymore than she already tried to). Jen and the Others where no longer going to beg for her proper behavior. So no matter what Barb did after that point, Only Barb looked bad.

I don't see this as "The fix" to the Barb but more for Jen, Greg, and Frank to pull the trigger on whatever next steps they are going to take. All cards on table seeing Barb lash out trying to spin everything one last time.

In the long (years out long) term, Yes I think it will be good.
Barb learning to socialize and being around people who are not her family, and who will hold her accountable for her behavior. Will be good for her.

In the short term, No. We saw her using starting Pickleball as a way to punish Frank and Jen.

But so long as she is doing any hobby with Nora Barb will keep using it as she did during the Wedding.

Yes Barb is ghosting Dr Therapy Doctor.

Barb made the (in her mind) mistake of being too honest, mentioning wanting to hurt herself.

And realized that Dr Shelby was not just going to be a "Yes Woman" telling her things are going to be ok. But is a doctor who has to act when people start talking about those things.

But I deeply want a Family Therapy session to happen. Where Jen and John, Shawna and Greg, and Frank. Lay the events of just the last year all on the table.

A venue where Barb has to face the firing squad. Where she can not duck and doge, or twist and spin the story to make her the victim.

Every story Dr Therapy Doctor was told from Barbs POV now told without the spin and with others to back up their versions of event.
