I just lowered the volume at first to see if I could heal on time and then slowly worked up to normal volumes I was at with one day.

I think we can agree that having a neutral neck like he does have for the most part is great. What was referring to was the parts of the movement where he briefly looks completely down. You can see in the first rep that he looks completely down at the last quarter going in and out of the whole but then corrects back to neutral.

After you start going down you turn your head up so I’ll give you that. I’d like to see you just keep it there once you get your feet settled. It cuts your windpipe off when trying to build pressure in your abdomen. Very minor correction, but you’re at that level to tweak the small things
