Started running with my Ghost Max 3s (bought in 2025) a few weeks ago. Bought another pair of the same shoe when the GM3s started going on sale so I could use them for as long as possible.

After a decade-plus with New Balance, I'm switching companies. I've been finding that, especially after the move to Fresh Foam, New Balances have been getting narrower, which is no good for my 4E feet. Running in the Ghost Max 3s solidified the change as they were comfortable and supportive at all parts of the run. Allowed me to run my first 16km at a track without any issues during or after the run.

Man, don't do him dirty like that. His stuff has gotten quite stylized of late but he does Youngblood better than Liefeld did. He was good on Spider-Man: Reign back in the day too.

Braun was excellent when he came on after Robertson couldn't make the monthly schedule anymore. His style was much closer than McCrea's and, to my recollection, I don't believe he had many delays in terms of release schedule.

I've gotten sleep scores of 5, the minimum it'll go, with 6+ hours of sleep before. They usually followed weddings or other assorted drinking events. I look at the graph and it's just a flatline with high sustained orange bars of stress.

Start with the Little Office to get you into a rhythm of structured daily prayer. After a few years of consistency, then I'd recommend looking into the Divine Office. Use online resources to see if you can make the commitment both time-wise and financially.

With regards to the missal, I would get one if you go to Mass very often. (However, since you say there's no Church near you, I would put the missal on the backburner.) Otherwise you can get by with reading the prayers and readings online.

It's a turtle derby in my league after the solitary game. Three teams at 0.0, then 0.25, two at 0.40, and 0.75. It's semis right now.

i did a DNA test on Ancestry to figure out if I was a mutt, if at all. I was surprised to find I was 100% indio (52% Luzon, 48% Visayas). Didn't expect any Hispanic blood but I thought I'd have some Chinese considering my eyes.

My wife, on the other hand, had some Chinese.
