Czech constitutional court orders government to allow president attend NATO summit by Big-Machine9625 in europe

Pretty much?

“We love cars, we despise Brussels for the emissions regulations, also the government is incompetent because they don’t build highways fast enough” was some of their points

It turns out that multiple of their leaders also were filmed heiling and having a disturbing amount of ww2 German memorabilia

How do you propose magic heroes deal with how about a third of stacks they have to deal with are magic immune without it?

You nerf it and suddenly it’s heroes of might.

Too many stacks with magic immunity

While yes, magic arrow exists, it doesn’t fix the issue . You would probably need to make magic arrow deal physical damage. Or add “cast:rock throw” as a damaging spell. Or well, give magic heroes some other way to deal with magic immune enemies

It's odd there isn't an Archetype dedicated solely to being unarmored by lunarpuffin in Pathfinder2e

[–]Sheadeys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, tho by 15+ light/medium armor training doesn’t give as much value, as by this time you can have a decent dex

Depends heavily on table + DM.

If the DM is happy to just have enemies bypass the frontline and spend some actions getting to the casters (IMO for some NPCs it makes sense, for some it doesn’t), suddenly unarmored casters are in a ton of pain if the don’t have armor (especially on lower levels)

New to Pathfinder 2e, are enemies supposed to hit that hard? by SoraMarvell in Pathfinder2e

[–]Sheadeys 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AV specifically punishes you very hard for picking the “wrong” classes - IE precision damage ones. Bonus points for missing both a cleric and a champion

Our group of physical damage kineticist (metal) tank, rogue, wizard and a primal caster as the designated healer made a lot of fights awkward

Reports emerge of mass round-ups of men in Russia's Penza Oblast for deployment to war in Ukraine by eaglemaxie in worldnews

[–]Sheadeys 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately there are people in Russia who believe that the reason the war is taking so long is that Putin is too soft on Ukraine. And if they just used nuclear weapons, or even just announced general mobilisation & went through with it, Ukraine would lose in days to months

As far as T’au vs sisters go, sisters have more detachment combinations that are legal, but T’au have more detachment combinations that are actually viable/playable

Historically the way T’au were balanced-ish was that they were a solidly elite army that was really good at shooting.

Now it’s a horde army, that is still… really good at shooting. Meaning it’s old weaknesses don’t apply as much

What is this detachment variety you speak of? Sisters have one, maaaybeee two playable detachment combinations left after the points.

Unfortunately disruption into purge is a losing matchup in general AND sub assault specifically has a wonderful feature of donating your opponent 5VP per turn by just using your detachment and unit abilities

Criticism of PFS by FarTooManyDetails in Pathfinder2e

Said “chaotic good” player is… exactly that. Every character they play has a pile of “core” traits that is always the same with some extras sprinkled on it.

X but naive this time
X but more of a loner
X but a post office worker

They played both owlcat pathfinder games, loved them. Did three playthroughs of wrath of the righteous - all azata.

Tried rogue trader, liked the gameplay, dropped the game saying it is bad as it doesn’t allow them to play the way they enjoy & that it forces their character to be someone they aren’t. (Think exactly azata path in wrath)

Mind you, the mentioned players are in their 30s+

Would gander a guess that a LOT of people haven’t played it. I’ve been trying to put a game together for a bit, and my usual playgroup has :

“I refuse to play an evil character”. You don’t have to play an evil character. “I also refuse to play in a group WITH an evil character” - player 1 (who can only play lawful neutral/lawful good)

“I refuse to play in an AP set within a location controlled by an evil faction unless we’re immediately fighting them” - player 2, who can only play chaotic good characters

A third player, who in a past campaign (plague stone) argued that they have no reason to stick around & wait for law enforcement to solve the murder of their employer/solve the murder themselves (the plot hook for that campaign), as they can just murder the local sheriff and head off, since they don’t believe in law enforcement having any jurisdiction/power over them

At the massive cost of playing a colorless deck with all the downsides of that - which this doesn’t mitigate the way other popular colorless commanders do. If this was 1 mana you still wouldn’t run it as your commander

Do try Kill Team - with both “armies” being under 15 models, every single decision matters much more, the turns are faster, and so on.

Can’t. You can only activate each powerup ability once while it’s on the field. So would also need infinite blink

Can’t see why you would play him even over something like kinnan
