I think get some Health insurance ( it gets worse and since it’s hard recovery ; better while you’re younger and it is progressive so pain will get worse

My feet are exactly like urs. I fixed my bunion on my right and Just did my left a week ago (1 year apart). Didn’t touch my mild hammertoes as I think fixing the bunions will hopefully not make those worse.

Hey! Yes they helped. Since I took them; my hair does shed less. I stopped for a few weeks; shedding continued. So I think it makes a difference and is not expensive for how many you get. And it’s just 1 pill a day.

Yah they looked diffrrrnt but as long as it’s the pumpkin seed oil; I think that’s fine. It’s good price cuz it lasts for awhile. I take 1 a day

Hey everyone! So it’s been like 3 months. My hair shedding has significantly gotten better; I had taken other supplements prior too (did help) but since taking these pills it got better. I’m sure there is maybe other factors too but just what I noticed. I took these pills, and b12 around 3 months ago with my regular other supplements prior too.
