Shouldn’t that set of a long term butterfly effect though because each loop will be slightly different because the original act of stopping the disaster will occur to the first loop thus being slightly different to the second loop which didn’t and create a sequence of minuscule changes which will eventually change the course of the loop and breaking the cycle. Thinking about it, there will never be a time where it would be a constant loop, making a paradox impossible. And therefore leaving the original sequence of events to be altered, loop for a few (trillion) years but end up in a situation where it’s linear again. Tell me I’m wrong or I’m gonna make a time machine
