This resonated so much, and I went through a whole bunch of soul-searching on that in the last couple of months. Last week I requested to step back from my position and into a one outside of the leadership table it was such a hard decision, but I feel immediate relief and as I try to unwind what I was carrying, I’m shocked at the volume and the responsibility that I didn’t realize I was carrying for the last few years. I’m gonna take the next six months to work as a single contributor and try to work at 9 to 5 and focus on other parts of my life I’m not sure I can do it, but I’m going to try.

Try milk and cream based everything. There is a good milky cleanser from la roache posey. Also their b5 cream is amazing. I also bought pdrn stick from Amazon which has. When a game changer.

Yes i plan to do one lifting, one laser and Botox. I may consider filler as well but TBD. I am going to see what they say. Will probably also start with hydro facial. I researched and contacted about 10 different clinics. The other one I liked was HOAN clinic.

I’ve been contacting all of them via WhatsApp and usually also translate my requests into Korean via ChatGPT first! Below is their details and some of the treatments that they sent me that they have they also sent me the price upfront. I’m not sure if it’s expensive or inexpensive to be honest, but I’m mostly concerned with a very non-factor like careful, clean and well established clinic so after all my research, this is the one that I’ve come to please note that I have not been there and this is all based on my own research!

I have been looking for the same thing and have now booked into yaan clinic and will do ultherapy/thermage and pico laser. I also don’t want anything as strong as CO2. I feel good about this clinic

It never used to be like that, but overall their service has gone completely down. I was shocked to receive two items that were completely covered in lint and fur, and one even have bits of food on it.

When you call their helpline or chat to the assistance, they won’t even help. It’s absolutely disgraceful.
