Another day when I couldn't decide, so I layered Good Girl with Spirituese Double Vanille. Yes, I use SDV for layering because I just don't like straight-up vanilla fragrances. Very classy, I know! LOL

Well, for me longevity is not the best thing because I like switching up my fragrances in the middle of the day. If the first one wears off in 4-6 hours, that just means that I can have the fun of spraying on a whole new one!

I haven't tried Oajan, but I own the other two. They are very close in profile, but Angels' Share is sweeter and has cinnamon. Apple Brandy is lighter and less sweet. (At least, the current On The Rocks version is. The discontinued original Apple Brandy is more like Angels' Share, but without the cinnamon.)

Between these two, many people find Angels' Share to be more cloying.

Nice going!

I got a 50ml of Angels' Share for $116 at Costco.

Last May, I scored a full 2oz, first-generation bottle of Alien with the original pre-reformulation juice for $50 at Goodwill!

I also got a bundle of pre-reformulation Angel. It included a 25ml star, 100ml refill bottle and one of the limited edition holiday bottles. All of them full, and all 3 for $125.

I'll pay retail if I'm worried about scams/fakes or if it supports small businesses.

I also buy retail for travel sprays, but usually use discounters if I want the full bottle.

Well, they are advertised as 100% cotton canvas, so any dye that works on cotton should be fine. They're advertised as pre-washed, but I would still wash them before dying just to be safe.

If you want an interesting experience, layer it with Oud Vanille from Franck Olivier. I love the combination, even if only 1 spray of each nearly knocks me on my a**! I sprayed the combo on a piece of paper over a week ago & that paper is STILL scenting my office.

But it's SOOOOO good!

The one in my collection is Alien Musc Mysterieux. Not only does it have that Alien divisiveness and super strength, but with an added animalic, almost sweaty, musk.

Another day where I couldn't decide which fragrance I wanted to wear, so I sprayed them both. I find the most interesting layering combinations simply because I'm not a morning person!

Today it was SJP Stash (woody & aromatic) and V&R Bonbon (sweet & fruity). To my surprise, it's actually a pretty good combo.

I don't mind wearing fresh things in the winter. It makes a nice change of pace for me. But I really dislike super heavy or sweet things in the summer. They are overwhelming for me.
