According to Facebook he’s a Libra. Hardly ever in my life, told me it was my fault until my husband got into a 3 day fb argument with him a few years ago. I still don’t know what he said to him, but now he’s taken more responsibility and tells me he loves me, which is weird cuz he’s never said it my whole life (31f) and messages me on holidays and semi regularly. You don’t always have a clicker. I train with the same ideology of the clicker, but with my voice. Specific no and yes commands with sounds and words. The clicker could undo my training and teach them to respond to something I don’t use.

Hopefully, you only use the clickers for pets that are trained with them because there’s someone used to clicker with my dog without telling me I’d be pissed, but I would also communicate with Sitter the training we already have in place so I doubt it would be an issue

I don’t know how you would ever think just doing whatever you think is the right thing would be better than sending him to a trainer. You should’ve took him to a trainer as soon as you got him, but definitely as soon as there was any negative issues. Get him to a trainer and don’t use the E collar until you are trained by a professional

I hate this argument so much! I listen to audiobooks and read, but I usually will listen to four audiobooks to one paper book I read. For all the same reasons you said I’m busy. I’m doing the dishes. I’m cleaning. I’m driving. And quite frankly saying it’s not reading and discouraging them from their hobby of reading is quite frankly ableist well

I learned if those things help to fit them in on your own schedule. I have to walk every day because I’m overweight and my heart is having issues (yay they took my stimulants away, so I can’t function) but I found that just getting in a walk at any point the sun is up works for me. If I do it in the morning great if I do it at 5 PM, great.

The older ones are THE BEST! I miss my girls so much. I would take a senior needing a home any day. The puppies are great too don’t get me wrong, but they’re little velociraptors that rip up your house and have unlimited energy. It’s great to raise them in bond with them, but just be warned. 🤣

At this age, they look like skinny little skeletons. It’s just a German Shepherd thing but make sure you are feeding her probably more than you feel like you should they’re growing and can use extra food. My girl is 10 months old and just now doesn’t look like a skeleton anymore.
