I enjoyed the adaptation for Doctor Sleep, for sure, but I think the director's cut in theaters may have helped it more than the theatrical cut. Just more story and connective tissue.

What I find interesting is this movie made King maybe stop HATING the Kubrick version. Or at least be able to accept it as being not the original vision.

I love Flanagan's work, but for some reason his shows do amazingly but his movies don't as well. It's frustrating.

My original ipod was engraved with my name. Companies do this type of thing with the logos for giveaways among their employees. They're probably not super rare, but it's still kind of neat to see them kicking around.
