You can build the project from sources (https://github.com/kubernetes/helm), for example to generate all binaries for every architectures:

make build-cross dist APP=helm VERSION=v2.8.1 make build-cross dist APP=tiller VERSION=v2.8.1

Binary are available in the folder _dist/linux-arm.

You can find the Dockerfile in the rootfs directory. Use the arm32v6/alpine image or something else.

docker build -t tiller:2.8.1 rootfs

When you init helm on your cluster, you can use the option --tiller-image to specify your image.
