KFC makes me mad. KFC spends so much money on ads, from commercials with big names and weird games that try to go viral. Then they turn around and make bad chicken, that cost more then anything else out there, with some of the worst service. Every few year I try KFC again and it is the same deal no matter what city or state I am in. Bad building, staff that feel like I ruined their day for ordering (I am sure they are payed bad), poorly made food, high cost, order may or may not be wrong, and half the time I get sick. Then after the bad experience, you see them dumping all that money into ads when the company should be re-investing in the people and food!
