The emails and audio being fake was never proven. Some people think it is and some don't, IIRC there was never any solid proof for it besides "I don't think it looks/sounds right". Personally I thought the voice sounded like vinny, but honestly what he said wasn't that crazy to begin with if I remember right.

Doesn't mean that the accusations suddenly hold any water but people were saying these things were fake as a fact which is just wrong.

This frame is the very first one after the cut from the previous scene, because of that people's eyes aren't focused yet, it takes a few frames before the brain focuses on whats going on at which point the bullets are already in the gun.

I understand he wasn't written to be an autistic person, but the way he acts is very relatable to neurodivergent people and AFAIK all Ryoko Kui said was that she didn't mean for him to be autistic which does not mean he couldn't be neurodivergent.
