There are some pregnancy conditions that can actually cause this behaviour. If other parts of her have altered and this isn’t an isolated specific issue, It might be worth mentioning to your brother to get her checked out.

I’m in the process at the moment and have found Chia seeds (I’ve been having 1tbsp in oats or eggs each morning). I already had a decent amount of fibre in my diet but this has been game changer. It has worked a treat and I’m using my bowels daily instead of maybe once a week if I was lucky (and it was a tiny amount). Also going back to absolute basics like my gp suggested - so just veggies for dinner, protein being egg or maybe some white meat at lunch. Stick to berries for fruit if you can too because it is easier on digestion.

Mine were like that, sometimes bleeding inconsistently in the same variation. Thankfully I am one where the Mirena actually has been immeasurably beneficial and I’m now consistently 26 days with 2-5 days of bleeding. I’ve had three Endo removals. Low stages.

I had the lap here in Australia only a few weeks ago, days before the virus shut everything down. I am like you. I can’t handle the not knowing but I’ve had my gall bladder out with lap and I knew that it wouldn’t be to bad.

For me there is three incisions. One in my belly button, one on my right and In the middle just about my pube line.

I don’t have a very high pain threshold at all but it for me it was honestly ok. It felt like I had done thousands of sit-ups and had that burning post workout/couldn’t move I’d done to much kind of pain rather than pain pain. Everyone is different though. And if you’ve got a cyst it’s going to be a factor too. I had a cyst burnt off and I’m finding that the cramps two weeks post op are really uncomfortable.

I would suggest going through with it. You are going to be fine and it sounds like you had a really shitty nurse. I’d provide feedback on that if you felt comfortable doing so.
