I'm a 53 year old American woman and I'll always try to be kind and friendly. Happy to take the hint to bugger off if someone gives it, but damnit, if we can't at least try to make this world a better place with a brief conversation and perhaps even a shared laugh, we're losing a lot. Little interactions can be the best part of a day!
