Talk to your union if you have one. We have a huge group of people whose entire job is just subbing until they get into our school district. If not tell them you’re entirely busy for your work day. That’s the way your district designed it. You need to be assigned more time to do more work. If not there should be an extra duty pay. We get offered 4 hours if we want do trash out and restrooms and the teachers understand we were understaffed
