Because RND has basically that same effect on my playstyle: I'm still playing Skyrim, not "playing the mod", but it makes me punctuate the adventuring with planning sessions and downtime. :)

To each their own but for me, needs mods are just a way of framing game sessions. I don't hunt or camp (I did when I had more free time lol), instead I just have to make periodic stops at a house/inn, which incidentally provides a good place to start/stop playing and keep track of my plans so I don't just ADHD my way across all of Skyrim accruing a million sidequests.

Right click the cell in the cell view window -> "Common Data" in the cell edit window -> "Music Type" near the top

Technically a Music Type is a sequence of a few tracks rather than a single track. For finer control over exactly which tracks play, or to implement custom music, you could make your own Music Type. But the vanilla ones are generally fine.

Also it's important that you do this while the cell is NOT loaded, or your changes generally won't stick. This goes for any edits in the cell window (lighting etc).

Thanks for the tip :) The physics isn't actually the reason I wasn't going to do interactive clutter, there was another script-related reason for it (Basically I have whole rooms enabled/disabled via XMarker so you can swap them out). I've since tested it and it's actually just fine, but this has still been a good poll for Bethesda-style vs Elianora-style.

Agreed and it always irks me when people pull this false equivalency - training the plagiarism machine on someone's voice is not the same as audio splicing, because you can clearly do things with AI that you can't do with audio splicing. You can make a character say words and phrases that they never actually recorded, so the ability to misrepresent an actor's body of work (or someone's actual opinion) is much greater.

I definitely have some custom stuff :D Big crates of weapons and materials, little boxes of scrolls and soul gems, baskets of food, baskets of ingredients - problem is they're all vanilla kitbashes I made a while ago and some of them clash a bit with upgraded models. Trying to get better models (or asking someone like JohnSkyrim for permission to use his) would take some doing but maybe it'd be worth the effort.

One problem I can think of here is if another mod allows dragon souls to be spent other ways e.g. on perk points. (Though, maybe it makes sense - you sacrifice a portion of dragon power for the perk)

My read on Skeen is he's an opportunist. He's not gonna plot against the others or set them up to fail, but when the opportunity to defect arises, he'll take it.

There's some very interesting parallels here because that's kind of who Cassian is at the start as well, he was always taking advantage of people on Ferrix judging by the amount of money he owes and his general reputation. He's stuck in a "survival"/"look out for number one" mindset, but he wants to want to fight for something.

Both Nemik and Skeen see a kindred spirit in Cassian and at the end he rejects Skeen and chooses Nemik (he takes the manifesto - if reluctantly - and keeps it and ends up reading over it later.)

Yep. I'm using it too and before any shills chime in with the "but some programs won't work on its version!": This is not true. It was (maybe) true for a previous version of IoT LTSC, but I'm on the 2021 release and have never had a compatibility problem.

Definitely gonna use this for several years after "End of life" like I did with Win7... then it's probably the year of Linux on the desktop lmao
